Terms of sale

 

Article 1 – Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “GTC”) govern all sales of products from the official Danielle Savre × Leuwkings collection, distributed by Leuwkings, a French micro-enterprise specializing in the creation of clothing and accessories inspired by pop culture.

Article 2 – Prices

Product prices are displayed in euros (€), British pounds (£), or US dollars (USD) depending on the buyer’s geographical location.

Prices are shown including all applicable taxes where permitted by law, excluding shipping costs, which are specified before order validation.

For any order shipped outside mainland France, the buyer is considered the importer.
Customs duties, local taxes, import fees, or clearance charges may be required by the authorities of the destination country.
Such fees are entirely the responsibility of the buyer and are in no way the responsibility of Leuwkings.
No refund may be requested in the event of refusal to pay these fees by the buyer or refusal of delivery by local authorities.

Article 3 – Orders

Orders may only be placed through the website www.savresquad.com
Any validated order constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.

Leuwkings reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of supply issues, unauthorized payment, or suspected fraud.

Article 4 – Order Validation

Order confirmation constitutes proof of the transaction and electronic signature of the sales contract.
An order summary is sent by email to the address provided at the time of purchase.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is due at the time of order by credit or debit card via the secure Shopify platform.
No order will be produced without full payment.

Article 6 – Made-to-order products and right of withdrawal

Products from the Danielle Savre × Leuwkings collection are made to order but are not personalized.

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without providing a reason.

Products must be returned at your expense, in their original condition:

  • not worn, not washed, and free of odors;

  • with original tags and packaging;

  • complete and in perfect resale condition.

Refunds apply only to the value of the returned products.
Original shipping costs and return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned items.

In the event of an error on our part (incorrect model, size, or manufacturing defect), return and reshipping costs will be fully covered by Leuwkings.

Article 7 – Availability

Products are available while stocks last as indicated on the website.
In the event of exceptional unavailability after an order is placed, you will be informed by email and fully refunded as soon as possible.

Article 8 – Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address provided at the time of order.
Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and may vary depending on the period (pre-orders, collection launches, events).

In the event of delay or loss attributable to the carrier, Leuwkings cannot be held responsible once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

If a parcel is returned to the sender for any of the following reasons:

  • incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the buyer at checkout;

  • prolonged absence of the recipient;

  • failure to collect the parcel from a pickup point, post office, or depot within the carrier’s time limits;

only the value of the products may be refunded, once the returned parcel has been received.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, as they were incurred by Leuwkings.

Article 9 – Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 6.
No direct exchanges are offered. To obtain a different size or model, you must place a new order after the initial purchase has been refunded.

Any return request must be submitted by email to:

within 14 days of receipt of the order.

Products must be shipped back within a maximum of 20 days after return approval by our team.
After this period, or if condition requirements are not met, the return will be refused.

Any return resulting from a customer error (incorrect address, failure to collect the parcel, refusal of delivery) will not be eligible for a refund of shipping costs.

Article 10 – Warranty

All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

In the event of a defective product, you may request a refund, subject to compliance with the return conditions described above.

Article 11 – Liability

The products sold comply with French legislation.
Leuwkings cannot be held liable for improper use or use contrary to the intended purpose of the product.

Leuwkings declines all liability in the event of website interruption, technical issues, data loss, or unauthorized intrusion.

Article 12 – Intellectual Property

Creations from the Danielle Savre × Leuwkings collection are original works protected by Intellectual Property law.
They are exploited under official license with the consent of Danielle Savre and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without prior written authorization from Leuwkings and Danielle Savre.

Any unauthorized use constitutes infringement.

Article 13 – Personal Data

Data collected at the time of order is used exclusively for order processing and follow-up, as well as communication related to the collection.

Your information is never sold to third parties.

Article 14 – Record Keeping and Evidence

Purchase orders and invoices are archived on a reliable and durable medium.
Leuwkings’ computerized records constitute proof of communications and transactions between the parties.

Article 15 – Governing Law and Disputes

These GTC are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
Failing agreement, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
